Guide

Get the call done.
Skip the phone.

Voyp is an AI assistant that makes phone calls for you — booking, rescheduling, asking, chasing. This guide covers who it helps most, how a call works, and how to write a brief that gets it right the first time.

Who Voyp helps

Some calls just don’t get made. Voyp makes them.

SPEECH & HEARING

When talking or listening is hard

Type what you need; Voyp does the talking and gives you the summary and transcript to read afterwards.

PHONE ANXIETY

When you freeze on the phone

No rushing, no forgetting what to ask. Write it down once, calmly, and let Voyp handle the conversation.

NO TIME

When you’re between meetings

Send the call off in a minute and get on with your day. The result is waiting in the app when it’s done.

OTHER LANGUAGES

When the call isn’t in your language

Choose the language your assistant speaks on the call, from a wide range of options.

How a call works

From brief to “it’s booked”.

Set up once, then every call is just a number and a few lines of text.

  1. Set up

Create an account, then choose your assistant’s language, voice and name.

  2. Pick a number

Voyp uses the number to work out what kind of place you’re calling and steers the conversation to fit.

  3. Write the brief

Say what you want and every detail that matters. The next section shows how.

  4. Voyp calls

It introduces itself as an AI assistant, has the conversation and sends you a summary and transcript.

Writing a good brief

Say it like you’d say it to a friend who’s calling for you.

Voyp only knows what you tell it. A short brief forces it to ask, guess or come back to you. A complete one gets the call done in one go.

Include what you want, when, for whom, and what’s acceptable if plan A isn’t available.

TOO SHORT

Book a table.

JUST RIGHT

Book a table for 5 tonight at 8pm. One guest uses a wheelchair, so we need step‑free access. If 8 is full, anything between 7:30 and 9 is fine. Booking name: Ana.
