Yes. When recording is on, the assistant tells the other person that the call is being recorded.

Yes, once you’ve verified a number. Voyp transfers the call to you automatically if it hits a roadblock it can’t get past, and you can also transfer a call that’s in progress yourself.

Yes. After a call ends you can share a unique link that shows the summary, the transcript and, if the call was recorded, the recording.

Voyp is free to download, and Copilot and the Context Assistant are free for everyone. Calls spend credits per minute; the rate depends on the number and country you call. Summaries and transcripts are always free.

Yes. Voyp needs an active, reasonably fast internet connection for calls to run smoothly.

Voyp aims to respond accurately and in context, but like any AI it can stumble on complex or ambiguous requests. A detailed brief is the best fix — and the Context Assistant, test calls and Copilot all help it stay on track.

Some complex or unusual calls may be beyond it, and it needs a fast, reliable internet connection. We keep improving it — tell us when a call doesn’t go the way you wanted.

We use encryption to protect your data and follow strict privacy policies. Your data is never shared with third parties without your consent.

You can delete your account from the app, or email support@voyp.app to access or delete your data. Read the privacy policy.

Yes. You’re responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to phone calls, including rules about recording. Use Voyp respectfully and with regard for other people’s privacy and rights; Voyp isn’t responsible for misuse.

Yes. The Business features need a Business subscription.

Everything in the standard subscription, plus a business profile with your company’s name, number, email, industry and description, which the assistant uses on business calls.

You can also run several calls at the same time; the standard subscription allows one call at a time.

Buy a Business subscription, fill in your business details, then turn on the business profile in settings. Before each call you choose whether it’s a business or a personal call; on business calls, the assistant uses your business details instead of your personal ones.
