What it does
An AI agent that calls for your customers.
Name the customer, give the agent a goal and a number. It handles the conversation and reports back.
On their behalf
The agent introduces itself as an AI calling for the customer you name — one of your own customers — and speaks for them, not for your company.
Goal‑driven calls
Describe what the call should achieve in plain language, and attach up to five images or PDFs the agent can read during the call.
Every outcome, written down
Each call ends with a full transcript and an AI summary, plus a recording when you turn it on. The callee is told when a call is recorded.
Your model, your voice
Choose the language model, voice and language for each call, or set them once for your organization. Advanced mode uses realtime speech‑to‑speech for lower latency.
Live control
Listen in. Step in.
Your team can follow any call from the browser as it happens — and take over when a person needs to.
Hear it live
Open any ongoing call in the console and listen in. Live calls are counted on the Overview page.
Speak as the agent
Type a line and it’s spoken in the agent’s voice, without breaking the conversation.
Use your mic
Speak to the callee through your own microphone, or send keypad tones to get through a menu.
Hang up
Stop a call at any moment, from the console or the API.
How it works
Your phone system, our agent.
Calls go out through your own SIP trunk, PBX or SBC. We set up the routing and limits with you.
Connect your trunk
We configure SIP routing for your organization, along with your concurrent‑call limit and maximum call length.
Verify & configure
Prove you own your caller IDs with a one‑time code by text or voice call, and set the agent defaults for your organization.
Start calling
Start calls from the console or your own systems through the API, and receive the results by webhook.
For developers
One request starts a call.
Start a call with a JSON request, get call.started, call.completed, call.failed and call.summary webhooks, and attach to the live stream if you want the conversation as it happens.
The console’s New call form shows the matching request in cURL, Python or JavaScript, and the API reference covers every endpoint.
# Start a call for one of your customers curl -X POST https://api.voyp.app/enterprise/api/calls \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $VOYP_API_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{ "to": "+351912345678", "customer": { "name": "Ana Silva", "gender": "female" }, "context": "Move the cleaning to next week, after 10am.", "language": "en-US", "metadata": { "bookingId": "B7731" } }'
